consistent and in compliance with standards that are required by various regulatory
parties. SCA Texas utilizes the services of licensed certified public accountants and
professional taxation accountants to manage all accounting functions.

A.? SCA as an organization does not take a "position" on any issue.?

A.? In the last 12 months, we assisted with Kid Fish in La Porte, The Crab Trap
Cleanup with TPWD and plan to participate in a beach cleanup project.? Our members
will also be assisting in the Drum Tournament for the physically challenged in
Galveston.??
Q.? Does SCA buy the
licenses through TPWD?
A.? No, SCA's money will go directly to the seller of the license.? Once we
obtain the license, we turn it over to the State for retirement.?
Q? Does SCA have salaried
employees?
A.? No, all of our officers are volunteers.? We have no paid staff.
Q.? What are SCA's plans
after the $3 fee on Saltwater Stamps that is currently going towards the buy backs sunsets
in 2005?
A.? We plan to continue the Shrimp License buy back effort on our own.
